    Yes, this camera is compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.

  • Do I have to subscribe to the cloud?

    No, subscribing to the cloud is optional. The camera can record events (up to 12 seconds) within the last 24 hours. For longer recordings, you can insert a micro SD card (up to 256GB) or opt for the cloud subscription.

  • The camera won't connect. What should I do?

    Please long-press the reset button until the camera emits a sound and the light starts flashing red, then attempt to connect again.

  • Can I view the camera on different phones simultaneously?

    Yes! However, one Blurams account cannot be logged in on multiple phones at the same time. To view on multiple devices, register a new Blurams account and share the camera with that account.
